1,Plastic bottle material is usually made of PP, PE, K material , AS, ABS, acrylic , PET , etc.
2,Typically used for cosmetic container. Thick wall cream jar , bottle caps, corks , gaskets, pump head , dust cover are made of injection molding; PET blowing is a two-step molding , tube embryos as injection molding, product packaging is blowing molding. Other container with thinner wall like lotion bottle , washing bottle is blowing molding.
3,PET material is environmentally friendly materials, with high barrier , lightweight , shatterproof properties , chemical resistance and strong transparency,it can be made into pearl, colored , magnetic white and transparent,it is widely used in water-related gel . Bottle neck wide is 16mm, 18mm, 22mm, 24mm diameter , can be coupled pump head .
4,Acrylic material for injection bottles, poor chemical resistance, generally can not be directly loaded cream , it needs to be equipped with barrier liner , the filling is not allow too full to prevent the cream enters between the liner and acrylic bottle. To avoid crack, due to post- scratch look particularly pronounced in high permeability,transport packaging requirements are high, and the wall is especially thick , but the price is quite expensive.
5,AS, ABS: AS transparency is better than ABS.
