Ink Spray painting
The most common used method of spraying the surface of plastic products can be divided into:
A, Ordinary coloring,Such kind of painting mostly spray by hand. it does not have strong abrasion, and easy to swap.
B,PU Varnish oil: Spray on the surface of the plastic product after spraying the base oil.In this way, it can achieve the effect of anti rubbing and gloss finish. General home products or daily necessities are treated by PU process.
C, UN varnish oil: Spray a layer of UV gloss oil after spraying the base ink. Both the gloss and rubbing can achieve a good result. General phone mold products and communications products die more with such an approach.
