一, Printing
there are several ways to print on the plastic product surface
This method is the most common one, It generally suitable for plane or arc small printing.
2, Curved surface printing
Principle of surface printing:
Curved surface printing is put the ink into a carved gravure with characters or patterns, then the text or pattern copy onto the curved surface, the surface will transfer the text or pattern onto the molding surface, finally by heat treatment or ultraviolet light irradiation to make it solid.
Surface printing process:
A. molding degreasing
B. Surface treatment of molding (if necessary)

D. The curing process of ink
E. coating over after treatment (if necessary)
Printing process:
A. ink in gravure.
B. scrape off the excess ink
C. extruded surface made of ink
D. will surface of ink transfer to the molding

Pad Printing
The version of the text or patterns is printed on the sheet or roll, then transfer the text or patterns on the sheet or roll onto the moulding surface.
Advantages: Applying several color in one operation.
Disadvantages: low productivity and cannot obtain stronger opaque printing trace.
3, Hot stamping
WIth the colorful foil and hot mould with patterns or text, in the control of temperature and pressure, by using the method of manufacturing color embossed pattern or font on the molding surface. Its operation is only arranged to press across the foil on products.
二, Spray coating
The most commonly used methods of treating color on plastic surface, it can be divided into below points:
A, The most common way,spray the color by hand. But it do not have strong friction resistance, and easy off the paint.
B, PU light oil. This kind of method is in the dried bottom paint, and then spray a layer of PU light oil to rub and gloss. General household electrical appliances or daily necessities is processed by PU.
C, UV light oil, This kind of method is in the dried bottom paint,and then to spray a layer of UV light oil. Glossiness, touch feeling and friction resistance can achieve very good results. General mobile phone mold products are process in this way.
三，Plating
That is using the way of electrolytic in which metal or alloy deposition on the surface of the workpiece, so as to form a uniform, dense, and good metal layer, called electroplating. Simple to understand, is a physical and chemical change or binding.
Use:
A.Corrosion protection
B. protection decoration
C. anti wear
D. The electrical properties. According to the parts of work requirements, provide conductive or insulating properties of the coating
